Personal data we collect
- Inquiry form — name, email, optional phone, message content, and the page path you submitted from.
- Consent preference — your accept/reject choice for local storage, saved in your browser only.
- Technical data in server logs — if our hosting provider records IP address, timestamp, and request metadata when you load pages or submit the form. We use those logs only for security and delivery, not for profiling.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
Purposes and legal bases (PDPA)
We process personal data to:
- Respond to inquiries — necessary to take steps at your request before a service agreement (PDPA lawful basis: contract or legitimate interest in answering business inquiries).
- Operate the site securely — legitimate interest in protecting our systems and visitors.
- Remember cookie/storage consent — based on your choice stored locally; rejecting non-essential storage does not block the site.
We do not sell personal data.
Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON POST to https://signalaxis.digital/api/inquiry on the same domain. A server-side handler we operate receives the message so staff can reply by email or phone. Data is not sent to external marketing platforms from the form handler.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: kept as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then deleted or archived according to our internal retention schedule (typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for disputes or law).
- Consent choice: remains on your device until you clear site data or use “Change choice” on the banner.
- Server logs: retained per hosting provider settings, generally rotated within 90 days.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for storage preferences at any time via the cookie banner or browser settings.
To exercise rights, email info@signalaxis.digital with enough detail for us to verify your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
International transfers
If we use email or hosting tools that process data outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults making career decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without parental authority.
